In-Person Reiki Session - 60 Minutes

Service Description

We will begin the session by discussing your intention - whether it is to remove any blocks, empower a goal, or simply to just experience relaxation  Next we will move into a guided meditation that will help you to relax, ground, and feel deeply into your body as you receive the Reiki energy. Sessions are intuitively guided and can include crystal therapy, chakra balancing, and/or flower essences.
